Exam management and report card software

Exam season is when the office works late. With JCABS, subject teachers enter marks themselves — on the web or from the app — and report cards are generated from those marks in the layout your school designs. No re-typing, and no copying totals across spreadsheets.

Results are published to students and parents in the app as soon as you release them, and report cards can be downloaded from there.

Does it support CBSE, ICSE and state-board report cards?

JCABS does not lock you into one board’s format. You set up the exam groups, grading scale and marksheet layout yourself, so it can follow your board’s pattern. Bring a sample of your current report card to the demo and we will show you how it maps.

Can teachers enter marks from the app?

Yes. Subject teachers can enter marks from the teacher app or the web panel, and the office publishes results once everything is in.

Can students take online exams on their phone?

Yes. Teachers build objective tests from the question bank, students take them in the app, and the result is shown as soon as they submit.
