School transport management
Transport is usually managed in a separate register, and billed from yet another one. In JCABS, routes, pickup points and vehicles sit next to the student record, and the transport fee for each student comes straight from the fare of their pickup point.

How are transport fees calculated?
Each pickup point has a fare. When a student is assigned to a pickup point, their transport fee is generated from that fare and appears in their fee ledger with everything else.
